Abstract
Mixing of very small liquid partial streams which flow into microchannels (3-5) involves rotating the flow plane opposite the separating plane by 90 degrees ; guiding the liquid streams into the microchannels located on at least two planes; and guiding the partial streams on joining though connections which connect the two planes. An Independent claim is also included for a device for mixing very small liquid partial streams, comprising a mixing element having an inlet channel (10) and an outlet channel (12). Microchannels (3-5) are within the mixing element and at least two planes are connected to branching elements (7) and/or flow elements. Preferred Features: The outlet channels run in a plane parallel to the plane of the inlet channels.
