Abstract

Spacer bars (7) extend between the top and bottom ends of the reinforcing elements (5, 6) anchored in top and bottom reinforcing structures (2, 3) in the concrete. Spacer elements (8) are fitted directly onto the bars so that the reinforcing elements are supported against the construction element immediately below the construction element containing these reinforcing elements. The reinforcing elements are preferably twin-head anchors arranged spaced apart and parallel to each other, connected together by spacer bars. Stress is transferred to the reinforcing elements from the concrete reinforcing structures, to which they are joined.
