Abstract

The invention relates to an operating device comprising a lever with at least two degrees of freedom of displacement. According to the invention, the position of the lever can be varied by effecting a manual operating force, and the lever has at least one type of haptic feedback in the form of forces and/or turning moments at its disposal, said forces and/or turning moments acting upon said lever. The invention provides that the lever (1) can be displaced according to the actual position thereof to a specified position by means of at least one controller (9) and by at least one drive element (3), whereby the force acting upon the lever, and/or the turning moment acting upon the lever (1) can be modulated according to the actual position.
