Abstract

The bindable plaster core mass penetrates (5) in the glass fleece and forms a plate core (1). On the prepared plaster structural plate the coating (3) and the glass fleece (2) are retained on the plate core at each point over the plate plane with a lift-off strength measured at right-angles to the plate plane of at least 0.15 N/mm<2>. At least one side of the plate core is coated with the glass fleece layer, the side of which turned away from the plate core is provided with a calcium sulphate coating. The core mass is brought into contact surface-wise with the coating mass and the commencement of stiffening of the coating mass takes at least 1.5 hours with a max. of 6 hours. An electron radiation micro-probe determines the extent to which the core mass has penetrated the glass fleece.
