Abstract

The insole (6) has a height adjustable part (5) coupled to it's mid-section. An operable operating system is linked, on the outer side of the shoe shaft, to the height adjustable part. The operating system can have a built-in locking function, which permits repetition of the operation of the operating system, with the moving part of the insole lying always in the same position. The operating system may be fastened with one, or more, buckles situated on the shaft of the shoe. It may also be worked around the tying band of the shoe. Coupling of the moving part of the insole with the operating system may be achieved via a binding band (4).
