Abstract

Profiled wires for fully enclosed cables are surface coated by a method in which predrawn round wire is surface coated, and is then profiled by cold rolling. The coating material is pref. Galfan (RTM). Wire may also be rough rolled and surface coated, followed by finish profiling.
