Abstract

One or several butt parts are releasably attached to the pistol butt (1), typically exchangeable rear part (4) coupled to the butt rear side pref. of a shape suitable for the user's hand. The rear part can be made of a soft or hard material, typically plastics. The rear part surface may be smooth, or roughened. The rear part may consists of several sections of different shape and/or different material suitable for individual selection. It may fit into a recess (3) formed at the butt rear side.
