Abstract

The skylight (3) swings on a horizontal axis (16) on two arms (14) hinged on the frame (4), and is guided by two trunnions (2) on a guide component (17) on the frame. A pocket-shaped mounting (7) is arranged at the lower end of the guide, in which one of the trunnions engages in the cleaning position. In front of the mounting is a lever (1) with a locking face (6). The lever has an inclined face (8) in the path of the trunnion which is thrust clear by the trunnion against spring action. The lever can be of the rocker type, spring-loaded into the locking position, or can itself be of spring material. The locking face can have a protrusion engaging under the trunnion in the cleaning position.
