Abstract

The invention relates to a pivoting seat having two chairs. The seat comprises a fixed frame (24) secured to the floor of the vehicle by means of a mounting (28) and a movable frame (22), to which the chairs (11, 11') are fastened, the said movable frame being mounted pivotably on the fixed frame about a vertical pivot (32) located in the plane of symmetry (P) between the two chairs, so as to be capable of assuming two positions offset at 180 DEG relative to one another.
