Abstract

The shuttering according to the invention serves to produce cast elements of various dimensions and various materials. According to Figs. 1 + 2, the shuttering according to the invention uses a top frame in which the material for casting is first poured. After hardening, the material is held by tubes (Fig. 11) and swung by a rotary movement into the bottom frame (2) in which material for casting was likewise poured beforehand. The joints according to Figs. 8 + 9 + 10 at the same time serve to centre and maintain a certain thickness of the elements. A trapezoidal profile (8) serves to define the shape of the element to be produced and is centred by a holder (9) and a fastening (12 + 13) in such a way that it is at the same time stabilized in its position with bolts (10). The area dimensions of the elements are obtained by bores of the same kind according to Figs. 1 + 2 in the frame (1 + 2) as well as in the longitudinal tie bars (6). Consequently, the cross tie bars (7) can alternatively be adjusted in the desired openings of the bores. <IMAGE>
