Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausbildung des Rucksacks nach dem Stammpatente.
Wie aus der Zeichnung zu ersehen, sind an der dem Körper zugekehrten Seitenwand l'unterhalb der Querleiste 4 Stäbchen 16 vorgesehen, die durch das Sackfutter abgesteppt sind. Durch die Querleiste 4 und die Stäbchen 16 wird eine nachgiebige Rückenplatte gebildet, die gegenüber der bekannten steifen Rückenplatte den Vorteil hat, dass sie bloss oben eine die Schultern verbindende starre Form hat, während an der Unterseite (wo die einzelnen Stäbe 16 nicht verbunden sind und auch keine Quereinlage die gerade Form erzwingt) die Rückenplatte sich wölbt und dem Rücken des Trägers sich gut anschmiegt.
Durch diese Rückenplatte aus Rohrstäben wird die Festigkeit des Sackes erhöht und das Tragen der Last wesentlich erleichtert, während beim Bruch eines der Stäbchen dieses durch Auftrennen seiner Steppnaht und Einziehen eines neuen leicht ersetzt werden kann. Eine weitere Verbesserung besteht darin, dass an der hinteren Querleiste 4 zwei Rohhautösen 17 angebracht sind, welche mit den an den Tragriemen 9 befindlichen Ringeln 18 zusammenwirken. Durch diese Ösen 17 und 18 werden Riemen od. dgl. gezogen, mit denen man einen Pack oben auf den Rucksack aufsehnallen kann, wobei der Pack unmittelbar auf den Achseln aufruht und hiedurch leicht getragen werden kann.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Rucksack nach dem Stammpatente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückenwand (1') unmittelbar unterhalb der starren Querleiste (4) durch in Abständen voneinander ein-oder angenähte Rohrstäbchen (16) verstärkt ist.

Straps or the like are pulled through these eyelets 17 and 18 with which one can hang a pack on top of the rucksack, the pack resting directly on the armpits and thus being easy to carry.
