Schutzvorrichtung für Häcksel-und ähnliche Maschinen.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung für Häcksel-oder ähnliche Maschinen ; der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht aus einem Körper aus Metall, Holz od. dgl., der die Form einer Halbkugel (oder Kugelkalotte) aufweist und auf dem Rücken eines auf der Hand verschieb-und einstellbaren, fingerlosen Handschuhes befestigt ist. Eine Verletzung der Hände des Arbeiters beim Einbringen des Materiales, beispielsweise in die sich verengende Zufuhrlade einerHäckselmasehine wird dadurch verhütet, dass die halbkugelförmige Ausbildung des Körpers den Händen nur eine gewünschte, ganz bestimmte Zugänglichkeit zur Maschine gestattet.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Ansicht und Fig. 2 die Innenfläche der Hand mit dem angezogenen Handschuh.
Wenn an der Maschine keine besondere Schutzvorrichtung vorgesehen war, so musste bisher der Arbeiter eine besondere'Aufmerksamkeit darauf lenken, dass seine Hände nicht zu nahe den arbeitenden Teilen der Maschine kamen und es genügte nur ein kleiner Fehlgriff, um oft eine schwere Verletzung der Hände herbeizuführen. Dieser Übelstand ist durch die Anwendung der vorliegenden Schutzvorrichtung vollkommen beseitigt, u. zw. dadurch, dass die Hand je nach Einstellung det Vorrichtung nur soweit als dies ungefährlich ist, in die arbeitenden Teile der Maschine eindringen kann und an einem weiteren Vordringen gehindert ist. Durch die halbkugelförmige Ausbildung des Korpers bleibt dabei dem Arbeiter die Beweglichkeit seiner Hände nach allen Seiten gewahrt.
Die Schutzvorrichtung besteht aus einem halbkugelförmigen Körper 1 aus Aluminium, Holz od. dgl., welcher mittels Laschen 2 auf einem Lederstück 3 angebracht ist, das selbst auf dem Rücken eines nur mit kurzen Fingern versehenen Handschuhes 4 befestigt ist. Der Handschuh ist auf der Hand verschiebbar und wird durch einen lösbaren Riemen 5 auf der Hand in seiner jeweiligen Einstellung festgehalten.
