   Die vielfach in Verwendung stehenden, aus   Kautschuk- oder Metallplatten und Mineral- oder Porzellan-   zähnen hergestellten künstlichen Gebisse haben den Nachteil, dass sie beim Aufeinandertreffen der oberen und unteren Zähne ziemlich hellklingende, klappernde Geräusche erzeugen. 



   Nach gegenständlicher Erfindung werden nun diese Geräusche dadurch vermieden, dass einige Zähne

 verdeckt liegende Zähne, also die Molaren, gemäss der Erfindung ausgestattet werden. Kommt lediglich ein   Oberkiefer-oder bloss   ein   Unterkieferersatzstück     zur Ausführung,   so kann auch an diesem ein oder mehrere, mit natürlichen Gegenzähnen zusammenwirkende künstliche Zähne aus beschriebenem Material bestehen. 



   Durch diese Einrichtung bei einem künstlichen Gebisse werden die sonst gewöhnlich bei Verwendung von   Mineral- bzw. Porzellanzähnen   auftretenden klappernden Geräusche beim Artikulieren, die durch die Klangeigenschaften der bisher verwendeten künstlichen Zähne im Zusammenhange mit den ebenfalls hell klingenden Gebissplatten bedingt sind, beseitigt oder zumindest auf ein sich vom Geräusche aufeinandertreffender   natürlicher   Zähne nicht unterscheidbares Mass zurückgeführt.
