Vorrichtung zur Anlegung eines künstlichen Pneumothorax.
Es sind bereits verschiedene Apparate zur Anlegung eines künstlichen Pneumothorax bekannt.
Einer der letzten ist der in der medizinischen Wochenschrift Nr. 45, Jahrgang 1920, von Prof. Dr. Sorge.
Dieser Apparat unterscheidet sich von den bekannten derlei Vorrichtungen dadurch, dass er auf das z. B.

einfacher und handlicher wird. Der Apparat Sorgos leidet aber an dem einen Nachteil, dass das Manometerrohr offen ist und bei Betätigung der Luftpumpe derFiissigkeitsinhalt des Druckmessers aus dessen offenem Ende hinausspritzt, so dass wiederholtes Nachfüllen, neuerliches Einstellen auf die Nullstellung und schliesslich Reinigung der Hände des Arztes wegen Asepsis erforderlich sind.
Der Erfindung gemäss werden diese Nachteile dadurch behoben, dass zur Aufnahme dieses l'ber- laufes aus dem offenen Ende des Druckmessers ein abnehmbarer. Aufsatz vorgesehen ist.

Die über das offene Ende e getriebene Flüssigkeit prallt gegen die ihm gegenüberliegende Schrägfläche f1 des Aufsatzes und kann diesen entsprechend erfüllen, während die verdrängte Luft durch ein Loch g eines in den Hals des fläsehchenfönnigen Aufsatzes dicht eingesetzten hohlen Glasstopfen h entweichen kann.
Der an einem mit einer Teilung versehenen Unterlagsbrettehen i befestigte Druckmesser 6 wird zum Gebrauch der Verrichtung in ein im Aufnahmekästchen j vorgesehenes Querfach k eingeschoben, das zu diesem Zwecke mit entsprechenden Führungsleisten l versehen ist.
Zur gesicherten Aufnahme des Druckmessers b ausser Gebrauch bzw. zum Einstecken der Enden des Brettschen j ist die linke Querwand m des Deckels M mit einer Vertiefung o und die gegenüberliegende
Querwand p mit einem Ausschnitt q und einem Festhalteriegel r versehen, während der Aufsatz f in einem
Querfach s des Kästchens aufbewahrt wird.
PATENT-AN SPRACHE :
1. Vorrichtung zur Anlegung eines kÜnstlichen Pneumothorax, bei der eine Luftpumpe od. dgl., eine Einstichvorrichtung und ein Druckmesser an eine gemeinsame Leitung angeschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Aufnahme eines etwaigen Überlaufes auf dem offenen Ende des Druckmessers ein abnehmbarer Aufsatz vorgesehen ist.
