Zerlegbares Doppelfahrrad.
Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein zerlegbares Doppelfahrrad, welches die Vorteile der Einzel-und Doppelräder insofern in sich vereinigt, dass es sowohl als das eine, als auch als das andere verwendet werden kann und die Umwandlung mit einigen wenigen Handgriffen bewerkstelligt wird.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. l in der Ansicht als Doppelfahrrad ; Fig. 2 stellt die Art der Verbindung der beiden Teile im Grundriss dar.
An ein gewöhnliches Fahrrad, das aus dem Rahmen/, den beiden Rädern 2 und 3, der Lenkstange 4, dem Sattel 5 und der Pedalscheibe 6 besteht, kann der Rahmen 7 eines Ergänzungsrades angekuppelt werden. In vorliegendem Ausführungsbeispiel ist als Ergänzungsrad ein Damenrad vorgesehen, doch kann selbstverständlich auch ein Herrenrad als Anhängerad verwendet werden. Der Rahmen 7 ist durch ein
Rad 8 an seinem rückwärtigen Ende unterstützt und mit einer Lenkstange 9 und einem Sattel M versehen. Der Antrieb erfolgt von der Pedalscheibe 11 aus.
Die Verbindung der beiden Rahmen 1 und 7 erfolgt an drei Stellen. Erstens durch die aufklappbare Hülse 12, die über den Rahmen 1 gezogen und mittels zweier Schrauben 13 gesichert wird. Zweitens durch zwei Bänder-M und 15, die an der oberen Querstange des Rahmens 1 mittels eines Ringes 16 und Schrauben 17 fixiert werden. Drittens durch zwei Bänder 18, die entsprechende Ausnehmungen für die Hinterradachse 19 besitzen und ebenfalls mittels eines überziehenden Ringes 20 und mehrerer Schrauben 21 an der Gabel des Hinterrades 3 befestigt werden.
Um das Ergänzungsrad an verschiedene Fahrräder anhängen zu können, sind die beiden Rohre a und b des Rahmens 7 in der Hülse 22 verschiebbar und können in der jeweils gewünschten Stellung durch Schrauben 23 fixiert werden.
Ist die Entfernung des Sattels 5 von der Lenkstange 9 des zweiten Rades genügend gross, so kann eventuell daselbst an der Stelle eines Gepäeksträgers ein dritter Sitzplatz angeordnet werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Zerlegbares Doppelfahrrad, bestehend aus einem gewöhnlichen Fahrrad und einem Ergänzung- oder Anhängerad, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der beiden Räder durch eine aufklappbare Hülse (12), erfolgt, die über dem entsprechenden Rohr des Rahmens des ersten Rades aufgezogen und mittels Schrauben versichert ist.

Dismountable double bike.
The subject of the present invention is a dismountable double bicycle which combines the advantages of the single and double bicycles in that it can be used both as one and the other and the conversion is accomplished with a few simple steps.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in FIG. 1 in a view as a double bicycle; Fig. 2 shows the type of connection between the two parts in plan.
The frame 7 of a supplementary wheel can be coupled to a normal bicycle, which consists of the frame /, the two wheels 2 and 3, the handlebar 4, the saddle 5 and the pedal disk 6. In the present exemplary embodiment, a women's bike is provided as a supplementary bike, but a men's bike can of course also be used as a trailer bike. The frame 7 is through a
Wheel 8 supported at its rear end and provided with a handlebar 9 and a saddle M. The drive takes place from the pedal disk 11.
The two frames 1 and 7 are connected at three points. Firstly through the hinged sleeve 12, which is pulled over the frame 1 and secured by means of two screws 13. Secondly by two straps - M and 15, which are fixed to the upper crossbar of the frame 1 by means of a ring 16 and screws 17. Thirdly, by means of two straps 18 which have corresponding recesses for the rear wheel axle 19 and which are also fastened to the fork of the rear wheel 3 by means of a covering ring 20 and several screws 21.
In order to be able to attach the supplementary bike to different bicycles, the two tubes a and b of the frame 7 can be moved in the sleeve 22 and can be fixed in the desired position by means of screws 23.
If the distance between the saddle 5 and the handlebar 9 of the second wheel is sufficiently large, a third seat can possibly be arranged there instead of a luggage carrier.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Dismountable double bicycle, consisting of an ordinary bicycle and a supplementary or trailer wheel, characterized in that the connection of the two wheels is made by a hinged sleeve (12), which is pulled over the corresponding tube of the frame of the first wheel and screwed is insured.
