<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
Fig. 1 das neuerungsgemäss als Aufnahmebox herge- richtete flache Behältnis, schaubildlich und durchsichtig dargestellt ;
Fig. 2 das Behältnis nach Fig. 1 in Oberansicht, teilweise aufgebrochen ;

Fig. 6 eine schaubildliche Erläuterungsdarstellung.
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

The innovation relates to a flat container, which is used for the orderly storage of objects, stocks, sorted parts or the like.
Such containers, most of which are provided with a lid, have been known for a long time and are very popular in practice, since they actually enable the orderly collection and storage of objects, stocks, sorted parts, that is to say parts of any kind. Removal of parts is only possible after opening the lid or the like, so that the known containers with their advantages cannot be used for many purposes, or can only be used to a limited extent. B. in electrical installation work, if different colored insulated wires are to be drawn into installed conduits, the wire coils lying on the floor or held by hand are removed.
Experience has shown that this can only be done without difficulty if at least two workers are available.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
But that's not enough, when changing the location, especially when moving the wire reel to another floor level, the individual wire reels have to be transported more or less individually, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. The same applies to the removal of the wire coils from the transport vehicle or the workshop trolley. Finally, it is not uncommon for the stripped wires to become tangled due to the untidy lying around of the wire windings to be processed, which in turn requires a further unnecessary expenditure of time.
In contrast, the innovation is based on the task of creating a container with which the wire coils required for construction can be transported from the warehouse in an orderly manner and then be available at the point of use so that the wire can be pulled into empty tubes with a single worker. It should not matter whether the wire coils are in a box or not.
This problem is solved in a flat container by the measures anchored in the characterizing part of the main claim. By dividing the interior into externally accessible, but lockable compartments for electrical wires in the packaged or unpacked ring pack, the individual ring packs are available in an orderly manner for an economical operation at the point of use, whereby the order can already be secured from stock. Tangling of the individual wires to be removed from the ring packs is not to be feared, so that the wires can be pulled into empty tubes without difficulty.
Due to the special design of the container as a receiving box, it is also possible to change the processing level quickly and without cumbersome handling, especially since a receiving box is much easier to transport,
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
as individual ring packages from which wires protrude.
The pulling of wires into empty pipes can therefore be carried out by a single worker. It is a question of cost whether the division of the interior of the receiving box can be achieved by appropriate design of the ring package packaging or by means of webs, the division with the ring package packaging itself leaving little scope for different sizes. The special design of the wire removal openings prevents unwrapped wire reels from falling out of the compartments without preventing the wires from being pulled out.
If you z. B. wants to have more than three compartments, it is recommended to proceed according to claim 2. It is possible by arranging two transverse and one longitudinal web to create six compartments that can accommodate six ring packs, with which even more complicated circuits appear manageable, for which u. U. wire sizes of 0. 8-2. 5 mm are necessary.
It goes without saying that the compartments must be so large that there must also be room for ring packs for stronger wires.
In order to obtain a container that is as firm as possible and also resistant to pressure, the teaching of claim 3 should be followed. For the connection of the webs, it appears expedient if one uses the teaching of claim 4.
It also appears to be expedient to design the container according to claim 5, it being of advantage with regard to the secure holding of the ring packs introduced, regardless of whether with or without packaging, if claim 6 is observed.
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
In order to prevent the insulation from being damaged when the wires are pulled out of the specially designed removal openings, and to prevent the respective wire from slipping out smoothly, it is recommended that the edges of the removal openings be designed according to claim 7. The removal openings designed in this way also have the advantage that they can be used as a handle, i. that is, the storage box can be transported more or less like a plate with no difficulty.
So that the content of the compartments can be determined without difficulty, it is advisable to apply the measures according to claim 8. Which materials are used to manufacture the container is a question of cost and strength. Thin aluminum plates are just as conceivable as sandwich plates or rigid cardboard boxes or rigid types of corrugated cardboard, whereby water resistance must be provided.
Waterproof corrugated cardboard z. B. is relatively cheap, light and also sufficiently durable.
The innovation is illustrated in the drawing, for example; show it :
1 shows the flat container prepared according to the innovation as a receiving box, diagrammatically and transparently;
Fig. 2, the container of Figure 1 in top view, partially broken away.
Fig. 3 shows the container of FIG. 2 from the left
Seen from the side;
4 shows the same container viewed from the right;
Fig. 5 is a section along the line V-V of Fig. 2 and
Fig. 6 is a diagrammatic explanatory view.
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
It can be seen from the drawing that the container 1 has a flat rectangular shape, the interior 2 of which is divided into compartments 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The division can be made by ring package packs 9, which are often dimensioned such that they fill the interior 2 in the longitudinal and transverse directions in such a way that a substantial change in position cannot take place.
A much more precise division of the interior 2 can be achieved by means of a longitudinal web 10 and by transverse webs 11, 12. If the container 1 is only half as wide as shown in FIG. 2 and only transverse webs 11, 12 'are provided, a container 1 with three compartments 3, 4, 5 is obtained. If crossing webs 10, 11, 12 are provided, six compartments 3 - 8 are obtained.
The compartments 3 - 8 are accessible from the narrow sides of the container 1. Sliders 13, 14 are provided for closing them, which result particularly well from FIGS. 3 to 5. These slides 13, slide in grooves 15, 16 or
17.18. The slides 13, 14 are prepared for handling and their locking end positions are secured, but this is not shown. It should also be mentioned that not only ring package packs 9 but also electrical wires can be introduced into compartments 3 - 8 in ring package 19, but in which dividing webs 10, 11, 12 appear mandatory.
In Figs4. 5 shows that the webs 11, 12 or the web 10 have bevels 20, 21 which are firmly connected to the bottom-side container wall 22 or to the cover-side container wall 23. This division of space gives a much more stable container 1 than appears possible with the division of space by ring package packs 9.
In the lid-side container wall is for each compartment
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
compartments 3 - 8, a wire removal opening 24 is provided, which is equipped with a lining 25, so that a wire end 26 of a wire winding 19 can be pulled out in a slightly sliding and gentle manner, as shown in FIG. 44. 5 can be seen. A viewing window is indicated with dashed lines in FIG. 2 in the event that a non-transparent material has been used for the cover-side container wall. It is also conceivable to design the cover-side container wall as a whole to be transparent.
The sketchy representation according to FIG. 6 shows the advantages of the container 1 designed according to the innovation as a receiving box. There, in addition to the wire 26, two further wires 27, 28 have been removed from the receiving box and inserted into an empty tube 29. Since there is 29 order in front of the empty tube, the pulling in of the wires can be carried out by a single person at 30. It can also be seen that after the wires 26, 27, 28 have been cut off, the entire container can be easily moved to a new work location by a single person.
