    Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallauflagen bzw.-drucken auf Zigarettenpapierstreifen zur Herstellung von Zigarettenhülsen.   



   Der Erfindungsgegenstand betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallauflagen   bzw.-drucken   auf Zigarettenpapierstreifen, welche zur Herstellung von'Zigarettenhülsen dienen. 



   Zu diesem Zwecke wird das gemäss Patent Nr, 28684 einseitig mit einer in der Wärme klebrig werdenden Schicht überzogene Blattmetall unter Verwendung eines an sich bekannten Kalanderwerkes mit einer bzw. mehreren beheizten Walzen mit dem Zigarettenpapierstreifen in Verbindung gebracht, wobei durch die Hitze der Kalanderwalzen nicht nur die Klebstoffschicht klebrig, sondern gleichzeitig durch den Druck der Walzen der Metallbelag auf den Papierstreifen gedrückt und dadurch innig mit letzterem verbunden wird. 



   Es wird ausdrücklich bemerkt, dass es bei Prägevorgängen bereits bekannt ist, derartiges Blattmetall mittels erwärmter Stempel mit dem Untergrunde zu verbinden. 



   Von den bekannten Arbeitsverfahren, nach denen Metallauflagen   bzw.-drucke   auf Zigarettenpapierstreifen unter Verwendung von Bronze-bzw. Farbstaub teils auf nassen und getrennten Arbeitsvorgängen, teils unter Verwendung präparierter Papierunterlagen erfolgt, unterscheidet sich das vorliegende Verfahren dadurch, dass das mit einer Klebstoffschicht versehene Blattmetall durch die Wärme beheizter Kalanderwalzen gleichzeitig klebrig gemacht und auf den Zigarettenpapierstreifen gedrückt wird. 



   Auf diese Weise wird ein vollständig einwandfreier Papierstreifen zur Herstellung von Mundstückzigarettenhülsen bzw. bedruckter Zigarettenhülsen erhalten, bei welchem keinerlei Metallstaub Verwendung findet, Das Endprodukt ist somit ein hygienisch vollständig einwandfreies und exaktes.

   The subject matter of the invention relates to a method for producing metal supports or prints on strips of cigarette paper which are used to produce cigarette tubes.



   For this purpose, according to Patent No. 28684, the sheet metal coated on one side with a layer that becomes sticky in the heat is brought into contact with the cigarette paper strip using a calender mechanism known per se with one or more heated rollers, whereby the heat of the calender rollers not only the adhesive layer is sticky, but at the same time the metal covering is pressed onto the paper strip by the pressure of the rollers and is thereby intimately connected to the latter.



   It is expressly noted that it is already known in stamping processes to connect such sheet metal to the substrate by means of heated stamps.

   In this way, a completely flawless paper strip for the production of mouthpiece cigarette tubes or printed cigarette tubes is obtained, in which no metal dust is used. The end product is thus a completely hygienic and exact one.
