   Die Erfindung betrifft ein aus Scheiben zusammengesetztes Stirnrad und ist darin gelegen, dass die Zähne benachbarter Scheiben oder Scheibengruppen um die halbe Zahnteilung gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind. 



   In der Zeichnung zeigen die Fig. i und 2 zwei in Eingriff stehende Zahnräder in
Stirn-und Seitenansicht. 



   Jedes der Metalibleche oder Bleche a, aus denen die Zahnräder zusammengesetzt sind, besitzt in gleicher Anordnung Löcher b und eine Keilnut c. Die Verbindung der Bleche a erfolgt durch Schrauben oder Nieten d in der Weise, dass die Zähne benachbarter Scheiben oder Scheibengruppen um die halbe Zahnteilung gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind. 



   Die verwendeten Bleche können aus hartem oder weichem Stahl. Kupfer, Kanonenmetall, Phosphorbronze, Messing, Vulkanit u. dgl., bestehen und ist es ohneweiters möglich, in einem Rade Bleche aus verschiedenen Materialien zu vereinigen. 



   Bei Herstellung gehärteter Räder können die einzelnen Bleche für sich allein oder nach Vereinigung zum Rade gemeinsam gehärtet   we. den.   



   Bleche für   Räder von   grossem Durchmesser werden vorteilhaft mit Rillen oder Rippen versehen, um die Steifigkeit zu erhöhen und erhalten dieselben auch Löcher, um das Gewicht zu verringern.
