Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine neue Auslösungsvorrichtung für die Bodonklappo des Kartenhaltors bei Arbeiterconrolapparaten.
Die Fig. 1 ist theils eine Vorderansicht, theils ein senkrechter Schnitt durch einen mit der neuen Vorrichtung ausgerüsteten Controlapparat, während
Fig. 2 ein Horizontalschnitt durch den Controlapparat ist.
Mit JO und 11 sind die beiden Stempel bezeichnet, welche durch ein Uhrwerk absatzweise in Rotation gesetzt werden. Tangential zu diesen Walzen ist der Canal 33 angeordnet, in welchem die abzustempelnde Controlkarte niederfällt, bis sie sich auf die Klappe 34 auflegt. Diese horizontale Klappe 34 sitzt lose drehbar auf dem Zapfen 43, welcher in geeigneter Weise an dem Gehäuse oder sonstigen inneren Theilen der ganzen Controlvorrichtung befestigt ist. Der Schieber, mit Hilfe dessen die abzustempelnde Karte gegen die Stempoträder JO und 11 gedrückt wird, ist in der Zeichnung mit 40 bezeichnet,

Horizontal durch den Schieber 40 geht die Zugstange 38, welche in geeigneter Weise an dem Gehäuse geführt sein kann. Wenn man'diese Stange mittels des Griffes 54 nach aussen zieht, so laufen ihre beiden Rollen 56 an schiefen Ebenen 39 (Fig. 2) des Schiebers 40 entlang und bewegen denselben in der Richtung nach den Stempelrädern.
Die vorher durch den Trichter 53 in den Canal 33 geworfene Controlkarte wird dadurch zwischen der Stirnfläche 37 des Schiebers und den dieser Fläche gerade gegen- überstehenden Zahlen der Numerierräder eingeklemmt und gestempelt. Beim Vorwärtsgange des Schiebers 40 wird die Blattfeder 41 gespannt, welche später, wenn man die Stange 38 wieder einwärts schiebt, die Zurückbewegung des Schiebers in die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Anfangslage bewirkt.
Um zu verhüten, dass die Karte an der Stempelvorrichtung vorboifällt, ist die

Nase 44 gegen eine Nase 49 des Schiebcs 40 anlegt.
Diese beiden Nasen 44 und 49 und eine Nase 36 einer oder auch zweier beiderseits der Nununerräder 10, 11 angeordneter Federn verhüten für gewöhnlich, dass die Klappe 34 herunterfallen kann. Zieht man die Stange 38 an, so bewegt sich der Schieber 40 in der Richtung nach den Nummcrrädem. und in dem Augenblick, in welchem die Stempelung der Karte erfolgt, werden auch die beiden Federn 28 soviel zurückgedrückt, dass ihre Nasen 36 der Klappe 34 das Herunterfallen gestatten. Die Nase 49 ist bei dieser Stellung des Schiebers 40 auch soweit vorwärts gewandert, dass die Nase 44 ohne Widerstand in die Aussparung 48 des Schiebers 40 eintreten, die Klappe 34 also bis ganz oder nahezu in die senkrechte Lage herunterfallen kann.
Sobald man jetzt die Stange 38 wieder in das Gehäuse hineinschiebt, wird 40 durch die Feder 41 zurückbewegt, hierbei anfänglich die Karte freigegeben, so dass sie herunterfallen kann und darauf auch, indem 49 auf 44 entlang gleitet, die Klappe 34 wieder soviel gehoben, dass ihre Vorderkante über die Nasen 36 hinweggedrückt wird, die letzteren also wieder unter sie springen und bis zur nächsten Stempelung das Herunterklappen der Klappe 34 verhindern.

The pull rod 38, which can be guided in a suitable manner on the housing, goes horizontally through the slide 40. If one pulls this rod outwards by means of the handle 54, its two rollers 56 run along inclined planes 39 (FIG. 2) of the slide 40 and move the same in the direction towards the punch wheels.
The control card previously thrown through the funnel 53 into the canal 33 is thereby clamped and stamped between the end face 37 of the slide and the numbers of the numbering wheels just opposite this face. When the slide 40 moves forward, the leaf spring 41 is tensioned, which later, when the rod 38 is pushed inward again, causes the slide to move back into the initial position shown in the drawing.
