Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein anorganisch gebundenes Bauelement auf Basis von Bambuswolle, wobei das technische Problem bei der Verwendung von Bambus in dessen hohen Gehalt an Zucker und Stärke liegt, die die Haftung mit Zement als Bindemittel negativ beeinflusst. Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe, indem die enthaltene Stärke nicht freigesetzt wird, was eine Verarbeitung des Bambus ohne Vorbehandlung ermöglicht. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfasst dafür folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellen von stückigem Bambusmaterial - Benetzen des Bambusmaterials - Vermischen des Bambusmaterials mit einer Mischung aus Magnesiazement und Magnesiumsulfatlösung - Formen des solcherart behandelten Bambusmaterials zu einem Vorformling - Pressen und Aushärten des Vorformlings zu einem Bauelement.The invention relates to an inorganic bonded component based on bamboo wool, the technical problem with the use of bamboo in its high content of sugar and starch, which adversely affects the adhesion with cement as a binder. The method according to the invention comprises the following steps: - Provision of lumpy bamboo material - Wetting of the bamboo material - Mixing of the bamboo material with a mixture of magnesia cement and magnesium sulfate solution - Forming the thus treated bamboo material into a preform - Pressing and curing of the preform to a device.
