  Vorrichtung zur therapeutischen Behandlung des Kehlkopfes durch Sonnenstrahlen. 



   Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung, welche bezweckt, gewisse Teile des   Kehlkopfes   durch die Einwirkung direkter Sonnenstrahlen zu behandeln. 



   Der Erfindung gemäss besteht die Vorrichtung aus einem in die Mundhöhle einzuführenden, rohrförmigen Gehäuse, an dessen Vordermündung eine Sammellinse grosser Brennweite und in dessen rückwärtigem Teile ein Prisma oder Spiegel angeordnet ist, wodurch die Strahlen auf den betreffenden Teil des Kehlkopfes gelenkt werden.    In Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist ein im Sinne der Erfindung konstruierter Apparat, in der Mundhöhle eingesetzt, in einem vertikalen und einem geneigten Querschnitte nach   A-A   der Fig. 1 gezeigt. 



   Der Apparat besteht aus einem   gebogenen, in die Mundhöhle einsetzbaren Gehäuse o,   dessen vordere Mündung durch eine Sammellinse grosser Brennweite abgeschlossen ist und in dessen rückwärtigem Teile ein Prisma n angebracht ist, welches um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar ist. 



   Einer der Drehzapfen des Prisma n trägt ein Wurmrad h, in welches ein im Gehäuse o   gelagerter Wurm t   eingreift, dessen Welle   a   durch das   Gehäuse   reicht und vor der Linse einen kleinen Griffknopf v trägt. 



   Die Verwendung der Vorrichtung findet in der Weise statt, dass der Apparat in die Mundhöhle des Patienten eingeführt und das Sonnenlicht entweder direkt oder durch Reflexion auf die Linse gelenkt wird. Das aus der Linse konvergierend austretende Strahlenbündel fällt auf die   Vorderfäcbe   des Prisma n und wird mit Hilfe entsprechender Einstellung auf die zu behandelnden Teile des Kehlkopfes gelenkt.

   The subject of the present invention is a device which aims to treat certain parts of the larynx by the action of direct sunlight.

   The use of the device takes place in such a way that the device is inserted into the oral cavity of the patient and the sunlight is directed either directly or by reflection onto the lens. The bundle of rays emerging from the lens in a converging manner falls on the anterior facets of the prism and, with the help of an appropriate setting, is directed onto the parts of the larynx to be treated.
