   Es ist bei Kraftfahrzeugen bekannt, die Differentialseitenwellen mit dem Differentialgehäuse zu kuppeln, um eine Relativbewegung zwischen den   l) ifferentialseitenwellen   zu verhindern. Wenn diese Kupplung eingeschaltet ist, so müssen sich beide Räder gleichförmig drehen. Hiebei treten jedoch oft Kräfte in einer Grösse auf, die dem Triebwerk schädlich werden, z. B. zu Brüchen führen können. Diesen Übelstand zu beseitigen, ist der Zweck der Erfindung. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung ist an der Kupplung a, wie die Zeichnung an einer als Beispiel dienenden Ausführung im Achsenschnitt zeigt, an einer geeigneten Stelle x eine Schwächung (Eindrehung oder dgl.) vorgesehen, derart, dass der verbleibende Querschnitt etwas schwächer ist, als der wirksame Querschnitt der   Differentialseitenwelt r,   so dass beim Überschreiten der zulässigen Kraftbeanspruchung der vorher erwähnte Querschnitt x abbricht und das übrige Triebwerk hiedurch von der Einwirkung der gefährlichen Krafte befreit wird. Die Auswechslung dieses zerbrochenen Teiles lässt sich   verhältnismässig   leicht und ohne nennenswerte   Festen   bewirken.
