Widerstandsflügel für Butterfässer.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Widerstandsfiügel für rotierende Butterfässer und besteht darin, dass der Flügel oben einen nach innen gerichteten Flansch besitzt, der die Flüssigkeit während der Drehung des Gefässes hindert, nach oben zu steigen und umherzuspritzen.
Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht, wobei die Fig. 1 einen lotrechten Schnitt eines Butterfasses mit dem neuen Widerstandsflügel, Fig. 2 denselben in Oberansicht und Fig. 3 und 4 Ausführungsformen des Wider8tandflUgels im Schnitte zeigen.
Nach der in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform des Flügels hat dieser in lotrechtem Schnitte die Form eines Winkels, so dass ein annäherungsweise wagerechter oder etwas geneigter Flansch 1 von dem Widerstandsflügel 2 nach innen gegen das Zentrum hervorspringt, eV6ntllPl etwas gegen den Boden des Butterfasses geneigt ist. Dieser Flansch hat den Zweck, das Hinaufführen oder Umherspritzen der Flüssigkeit ausserhalb des Butterfasses zu verhindern. Die allfällige Neigung des Flansches ist eine solche, dass das freie Ende dem Boden näher ist als das andere, wodurch der Widerstandsflügel der Flüssigkeit eine Abweichungsbewegung gegen den Boden des Butterfasses gibt.
