  Vorrichtung zur    Bearbeitung feuerfester Keilziegel   für Öfen. 



   Es ist bekannt, dass durch Ausmauerung von Öfen für   hoho Temperaturen, besonders   für Hochöfen und Martinöfen, feuerfeste Ziegel mit möglichst genau zueinander passenden Begrenzungsflächen verwendet werden müssen, damit schädliche Zwischenräume vermieden werden. Die Bearbeitung der gewöhnlich roh gelieferten Keilziegel erfolgte bisher ohne jede maschinelle Bearbeitung. Der Arbeiter bearbeitete die Ziegel mit einem Handhammer und rieb sie dann so lange aneinander, bis die   Ziegelflächen   eben geworden sind. Bei solcher Handarbeit werden die Ziegel infolge der vom Hammer verursachten Erschütterungen von haarfeinen Rissen durchsetzt und in ihrem Gefüge gelockert. Überdies ging die Arbeit nur sehr langsam vonstatten. 



   Mit vorliegender maschineller Einrichtung erzielt man nicht nur eine weitgehende Beschleunigung der Herstellung, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, die Keilziegel genau zueinander passend mit nach Bedarf verschiedenen äusseren und inneren Krümmungsflächen herzustellen. Zu diesem Zwecke ist über einem rotierenden Spanntisch eine rotierende Fräserwalze radial verstellbar angeordnet, wodurch die am Tisch im Kreise des erfordern lichen Durchmessers befestigten Ziegel unmittelbar hintereinander an den Krümmung- flächen bearbeitet werden können. 



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss der Erfindung in den Fig. 1   und 2 im Aufriss   und Grundriss dargestellt. 



   Die Ziegel werden mit vorbearbeiteten Keilflächen in einem ihrer Bestimmung ent- sprechenden Kreise auf dem Spanntische   A   befestigt, welcher sich um die vertikale
Achse B dreht. Über dem Tische ist die rotierende   Fräserwalze   mit den   Fräsmessern   seitlich verstellbar angeordnet. Die Einrichtung hiezu kann beliebig gewählt sein und ist nicht zur Darstellung gebracht. Spanntisch und Fräser bewegen sich an der Arbeitsstelle   \orteilbaft   in entgegengesetzter Richtung. Wie ersichtlich, werden die Keilziegel   von   der herangeführten   Fräserwalzc in   dem vorher bestimmten Kreise au den Kriimmungsflächen unmittelbar hintereinander bearbeitet, so dass sie an der Verwendungsstelle keiner weiteren
Bearbeitung bedürfen.

   Durch blosse Parallelverstellung der   Fräserwelle E können Keil-   ziegel in Kreisen beliebigen Durchmessers bearbeitet werden.

   It is known that, due to the lining of furnaces for high temperatures, especially for blast furnaces and Martin furnaces, refractory bricks with boundary surfaces that match each other as closely as possible must be used so that harmful gaps are avoided. The processing of the wedge bricks, which are usually delivered raw, has so far been carried out without any machining. The worker worked the bricks with a hand hammer and then rubbed them together until the brick surfaces were level. During such manual work, the bricks are penetrated by hairline cracks as a result of the vibrations caused by the hammer and their structure is loosened. Moreover, the work was very slow.



   With the present machine device one not only achieves a substantial acceleration of the production, but also the possibility of producing the wedge bricks exactly to one another with different outer and inner curved surfaces as required. For this purpose, a rotating milling roller is arranged radially adjustable above a rotating clamping table, whereby the bricks attached to the table in the circle of the required union diameter can be processed directly one after the other on the curved surfaces.
