Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine ventillose Schiobersteuerung für Kompressoren und besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass der Druckkanal nicht wie bisher im toten Punkte des Kolbenhubes geschlossen wird, sondern vorher. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die im Arbeitszylinder eingeschlossene Luft vom Zeitpunkte des Druckkanalabschlusses bis zur Kolbfntotpunktlage weiter verdichtet wird und diese Luft beim Kolbenrückgange arbeitleistend wieder expandiert. Dies hat bei hohen Umlaufzahlen einen weichen Gang der Maschine zur Folge.
Die Zeichnung stellt das Schieber-und Indikatordiagramm dar. Vom Punkte 1 bewegt sich der Kolben nach rechts während der Expansion der Luft beim geschlossenen Arbeitszylinder. Im Punkte 2 öffnet der Schieber den Saugraum, der über den rechten Totpunkt 3 bis zum Punkte 4 offen bleibt. 4 bis 5 ist die Verdichtung der Luft beim geschlossenen Arbeitszylinder. Im Punkte 5 öffnet der Schieber den Druckraum und von 5 bis 6 wird die verdichtete Luft in den Drurkraum hinausgeschoben. Im Punkte 6 schliesst der Schieber den Druckraum. Infolgedessen wird die abgeschlossene Luft im Arbeitszylinder von 6 bis 1 weiter verdichtet.

The invention relates to a valveless slide control for compressors and consists essentially in the fact that the pressure channel is not closed at the dead point of the piston stroke, as before, but before.
