   Bei Gleichstromwattstundenzählern mit Eisen im feststehenden, vom Hauptstrom erregten Feld   nach   dem Patente Nr.   76991 ist das negativ   wirkende Drehmoment des Gegenmagneten während einer Umdrehung bei gewissen Ankerausführungen nicht konstant, sondern weist periodische Schwankungen auf. Es sind dies diejenigen Anordnungen für Gleichstrommesspparate mit rotierendem oder oszillierendem Anker, bei denen die Pole des Gegenmagneten eine solche Grösse und Stellung zum Hauptmagneten haben, dass der Gegenmagnet nur auf einen Bruchteil des Ankerumfanges einwirkt. Bei derartigen Anordnungen kann die füT den Anlauf notwendige Belastung (der Anlaufstrcm) zu hoch werden, und zwar dann, wenn das mittlere Drehmoment des   (regenmagneten so   gross ist, dass eine gute Kompensation der Remanenz erreicht wird.

   In diesen Fällen wild gemäss der Erfindung ein guter Anlauf ermöglicht, und zwar   s. uf   folgende Weise :
Eine vom Nebenschlussstrom durchflossene kleine feststehende hilfsspule, die gegebenenfalls einen Eisenkern besitzen kann, ist so gegenüber dem Anker angeordnet, dass sie ein positives Drehmoment an    derjenigen-Stelle ergibt, an weicher   das negative Drehmoment des Gegenmagneten am grössten ist, dagegen negativ wirkt, wo das   Drehmoment   des Gegenmagneten Null oder nur ganz gering ist. Auf das mittlere Drehmoment hat die Hilfsspule keinen   Einfluss,   da   sie während   einer Umdrehung des Ankers ebensoviel positiv als negativ wirkt. An Stelle der Anlaufsspule kann gegebenenfalls auch ein kleiner Stahlmagnet Verwendung finden.
