  Verfahren zur Darstellung haltbarer Präparate von   Diaminodioxyar8enobenzol.   



   Es wurde gefunden, dass man feste, haltbare Präparate von Alkalisalzen des 4.   4'.   



    -Dioxy-3. 3'-diaminoarsenbenzols gewinnt,   indem man diese Alkalisalze, in Wasser gelöst, mit polyvalenten Alkoholen, d. h. Alkoholen, die mehr als drei Hydroxyle enthalten, wie z. B. Erythrit und Mannit, versetzt und sodann aus dieser Lösung durch Zugabe von Alkohol und Äther die neuen Präparate fällt und abtrennt. Aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach liegen in denselben nicht neue, chemische Verbindungen, sondern innige Gemenge der genannten Alkalisalze mit den mehrwertigen Alkoholen vor. Die neuen Präparate sind zitronengelbe, in Wasser leicht und mit alkalischer Reaktion lösliche, in Alkohol und Äther schwer lösliche Pulver. Ihre Lösung scheidet auf Zusatz von verdünnter Salzsäure zunächst   Diaminodioxyarsenobenzol   ab, welches durch mehr Salzsäure wieder gelöst wird. 



  Im Gegensatz zu den reinen Alkalisalzen des Diaminodioxyarsenobenzols halten, sich die neuen Präparate unverändert, wenn sie in Glasampullen unter   Luftabschluss   aufbewahrt werden. 



   Zur Darstellung der neuen Präparate verfährt man wie folgt :

   27'2'1   Mannit, gelöst in 100    < "M   Wasser, hinzugegeben. Die entstehende Lösung wird mit 4 1 absolutem Alkohol und 4 1 Äther versetzt. Es scheidet sich ein gelbes Pulver ab, das abfiltriert, mit Alkohol und Äther gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet wird. Es hat die oben angegebenen Eigenschaften.

   It has been found that solid, durable preparations of alkali salts of the 4th 4 '.



    -Dioxy-3. 3'-diaminoarsenobenzene is obtained by combining these alkali salts, dissolved in water, with polyvalent alcohols, d. H. Alcohols containing more than three hydroxyls, such as. B. erythritol and mannitol are added and then the new preparations fall and separate from this solution by adding alcohol and ether. In all probability they do not contain new chemical compounds, but intimate mixtures of the alkali salts mentioned with the polyhydric alcohols. The new preparations are lemon yellow powders that are easily soluble in water and with an alkaline reaction, and poorly soluble in alcohol and ether. Upon the addition of dilute hydrochloric acid, your solution initially separates diaminodioxyarsenobenzene, which is redissolved with more hydrochloric acid.



  In contrast to the pure alkali salts of diaminodioxyarsenobenzene, the new preparations remain unchanged if they are stored in glass ampoules in the absence of air.



   To display the new preparations, proceed as follows:

   27'2'1 mannitol, dissolved in 100 <"M water, is added. The resulting solution is mixed with 4 liters of absolute alcohol and 4 liters of ether. A yellow powder separates out, which is filtered off, washed with alcohol and ether and im Vacuum dried and has the properties given above.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of intimate mixtures of the alkali metal salts of diaminodioxyarsenobenzene with polyvalent alcohols, consisting in that aqueous solutions containing these alkali metal salts and polyvalent alcohols are mixed with alcohol and ether and the resulting precipitate is separated off. ** WARNING ** End of CLMS field may overlap beginning of DESC **.
