Circuit arrangement for telephone systems with semi-automatic operation.
In the patent no. 43909 a circuit arrangement is placed under protection, in which in a telephone system with semi-automatic operation the workstation effecting the setting of the voters remains connected to the connection as long as the setting of the voters, i.e. the establishment of the connection, lasts. But it often happens that after giving up the connection, a subscriber notices that he has made a mistake in the requested number, or that he has given up the connection as a result of some circumstance. In accordance with patent no. 43909, the calling party now has

he interrupts the path for the impulses at the station by permanently de-energizing relays A and B with the telephone connected.
As a result of the prolonged opening of the contact 14, the delay relay V also drops its armature and opens contact 16 and closes contact 17. The circuit for relay T \ is thereby interrupted, the contacts 20, 21 are opened, so that further pulses are sent to the Voters are prevented. At the same time, the triggering magnet M of the numeric encoder is switched on via 17, and its immediate return to the rest position thus triggers the release for another call. If the calling station is switched off at the moment when the officer switches on for the purpose of interrogation, she receives a buzzer signal via a Rubekontakt 18 of the relay V as a sign of the switching off.
With this circuit, no special relays etc. are provided for permanent monitoring of the connection.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Circuit arrangement for telephone systems with semi-automatic operation according to Patent No. 43909, whereby the connection of the workplace is dependent on switching devices that are under the influence of the calling point, characterized in that in systems in which the voters over the branches connected in series of a calling Subscriber line are set, an interruption point at the calling station is in series with the pulse contact (u) influenced by the encoder in the loop formed by the calling subscriber line.
