Das Verfahren lei an folgenden Beispielen erläutert.
1. 1 kg azetonlösliche AzetylzeUulose wird in einem Gemisch von 4 kg Alkohol und 10 kg Wasser in der Wärme gelöst und mit 1'6 leg Salizylsliuremethylester vermischt.
Beim Erhalten erstarrt die Masse zu einer salbenförmigen Gallerte, welche sich auf der menschlichen Haut leicht verreiben lässt, durch die Körperwärme vollkommen schmilzt und in dem Masse aaf der Körperoberfläche wiederum erstarrt unter Bildung eines allmählich fester werdenden schützenden Überzuges, als das Gaultheriaöl von der Haut resorbiert wird.
2. 0'lkg Azetylzellulose wird mit 1'5 leg eines gebrauchsfertigen, aromatische Bestandteile enthaltenden Likörs und mit 0'5 kg Zucker erwärmt und je nach dem Alkoholgehalte des angewandten Liköres in der Wärme so viel reiner Alkohol zugesetzt, bis vollkommene Lösung erfolgt. Die Lösung erstarrt dann beim Erkalten zu einer weich gelatinösen Masse, welche sich zu Genosszwecken eignet und schon durch die Wärme der Mundhöhle verflüssigt wird. Die Lösung bildet eine Art festen Likörs.
