Liderung with pressure hose.
In the known lids, in which the Liderungsringe BEZW. Bozw the eyelid material through a pressure hose against the piston rod. If the cylinder wall has been blown, there is a major disadvantage in that the insertion of the eyelid rings makes difficulties insofar as the pressure tube cannot be inflated beforehand and therefore has no support for the eyelid material to be inserted. In addition, however, the tube in such lids suffers at high temperature.
The subject of the present invention is a device for such alleviations, which provides a remedy for the abuses mentioned.
EMI1.1
Piston rods resp. Plunger; Fig. 3 is the plan view of the packing material and pressure hose and Fig. 4 shows the application of the capping to pistons in half section.
According to the present invention, the Liderungsmatorial c is not directly derived from the
EMI1.2
Goprosst, but between the pressure hose and Lidorungsmatorial a resilient intermediate layer fills the entire height of the Lidorungskammor, which, as Fig. 3 shows, overlaps with their ends. This also creates a firm rearward slit for the material to be inserted without the pressure hose being inflated by the pressure medium (water, air, steam, etc.).
In addition, the intermediate layer for the vorthoil ensures that uneven wear of the individual thoile dos materials cannot take place and that even pressure is exerted on the entire surface; Finally, the intermediate layer also provides protection for the pressure hose against excessive heating. In order to completely protect the hose against the effects of heat, the eyelid

would be necessary so that space is created for an insulating lining h, whereby a permanent protection and thus a reliable effect of the pressure hose appears to be given.
In Fig. 2 and 3 it is particularly shown how the devices for filling the pressure hose can be designed, and especially Fig. 2 shows a device by which the pressure generated in the pump cylinder by the use of blowback. valves i. j, k, m, n, o, p, q can be used to fill the pressure hose.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Lidering with pressure hose, characterized in that a resilient intermediate layer f is arranged between the pressure hose d and the Lidorungsmittol r to support and evenly bulge the Lidorungsthoilo.
