Endless conveyor belt for harvesting machines and the like.

The invention relates to an endless conveyor belt for harvesting machines and the like. The previously known endless conveyor belts, insofar as they are caused by friction from the rollers. had to be stretched very hard. Furthermore, the use of crossbars on the conveyor belt led to bumps at the moment when a crossbar runs over a roller carrying the conveyor belt.

According to the present invention, the ends of the transverse strips are rotatably fastened to the connecting bolt of the laterally running drive chains located below. As a result, the conveyor belt is forcibly connected to the chains and must move at the same speed without the need to spy on the conveyor belt. Supporting. of the lower conveyor belt strand when using cross bars on the conveyor belt is according to the invention
 EMI1.1
the lower run with its transverse strips approaches the belt from above at a sharp angle and the impact that otherwise occurs when passing over the support rollers is avoided.

The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 is a side view of the conveyor belt; Fig. 2 is a top view of the conveyor belt; FIG. 3 shows the plan view of a roller end with a chain wheel and drive chain: FIG. 4 shows the part shown in FIG. 3 with the endless conveyor belt in a more simple manner and on a larger scale; Fig. 5 is a side view of part of the chain tensioned in a straight line.

A, 4 are frame supports, between which the conveyor belt K is attached. B, B are in
