Fig. 7 veranschaulicht beispielsweise eine solche Schaltung.

This device for issuing accelerations can be used in many ways. As mentioned, the invention is primarily intended to close and interrupt a series of contacts by the movement of the ball, through the light sources z. B. caused by advertisements to light up and go out. So z. B. an inclined path 6 can be provided (Fig. 6) on which the ball rolls down by its own weight. The individual contacts themselves are located in the track and are closed one after the other when the ball moves. If the ball has now reached the lowest point, it closes the contact 8 of the coil 9, whereby the ball receives the acceleration and is lifted to the highest point 10.
In the case of long tracks, several coils can be provided and the ball is raised in stages, as a result of which the ball is lifted from one coil to the contacts of the following. Several coils can also be distributed over the whole track, so that the ball rolls off an inclined track. reaches a spool, through which it is lifted and from there it rolls on on an inclined path. The path can also be horizontal and the acceleration to be imparted to the ball is measured in such a way that the ball runs a certain distance on the horizontal path, making the contacts and receiving a new impulse before its speed is consumed.
The circuit can take place in various ways according to the purpose and purpose. For example, Fig. 7 illustrates such a circuit. On the one hand, a continuous contact 16 is provided on the track 15 of the ball. on the other hand, the individual contacts 17 of the light source 18 are attached and connected to the power source 19. At the end of the track are the two contacts 20 of the coil 1, which are connected in parallel to the light sources. 22 denotes a circuit breaker.
A device for closing the successive contacts is illustrated schematically in FIGS. 8 and 9. The same consists of a base plate on which, on the one hand, the one connection 24 for all the light sources is arranged. while, on the other hand, the individual contacts 25 of the individual light sources are formed by screwed-on plates. At the end of the constantly falling path, the contacts 26 of the coil 7 have seen. The distance between the contact plates is such that the center of gravity of the ball is only slightly above the surface of the contact plates, so that the ball rolls slowly.

provide supports 29 below the ball so that the ball cannot fall through even if it is worn. as these supports made of insulating material prevent this.
