Elektrischer Heizkörper.
EMI1.1

Electric radiator.
EMI1.1
Side is provided with a recess to accommodate the heating resistor. The essence of the invention consists in the arrangement of a thickening on the side of the radiator opposite the recess. This thickening fits exactly into a recess in the object to be heated; This arrangement ensures a good transfer of heat from the radiator to the surfaces to be heated.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in vertical section.
The heating resistor is attached to an ordinary cooking kettle a, which has a recess b at the bottom. A plate c of conductive material with a corresponding thickening d engages in this recess, which is precisely fitted into the recess. The connection between the heating resistor and the boiler bottom is made with screws e. The heating resistor f is of the usual arrangement and rests in a recess g of the heating plate c. It is covered at the bottom by a likewise thermally conductive plate h which engages in the recess. The heating resistor can be connected to this plate in any way.
