Durch die zweite Wiederholung derselben Verricbtungen wird die dritte Teilzeile gelocht. und nun verschiebt der Setzer die Stange 09 nach rechts. hebt dadurch die sämtlichen verstellbaren Anschläge 0 über die Bahn der Zeilenzahnstange und drückt die Zurückführungstaste nieder, so dass die Zcilenzahnstange bis zum Hauptanschlag I zurückkehrt und die Maschine für den Beginn einer neuen Zeile eingestellt ist.

1. Registerstreifenlochmaschine zur Herstellung von Tabellensatz, bei welcher die Zeilenausschliessung dadurch bemessen wird, dass eine Zahnstange (Antriebszahnstange) proportional den verbrauchten Weiten vorgeschaltet und dann eine zweite Zahustange (Ausschliessungszahnstange) Voll einem festen Nullpunkt aus im entgegengesetzten Sinne vorgeschoben wird.
