Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  3. Die Aufstelluna der in den Zeichnungen enthaltenen Figuren : Figur 1 : einlagiges, grobmaschiges Baumwollgewebe, weiss, Massstab 1 : 1, quadratisch Figur 2 : Teeportion (ca. 3 bis 5 g Tee), laut Fig. 1 Figur 3 : Zwirn, weiss Figur 4 : 2 Klebeetiketten " Tea & Tee Company"

Figur 5 : doppellagiges Baumwollgewebe, quadratisch 12 mm x 12 mm
Figur 6 : = Figur 5 + 3 bis 5 g Teeportion
Figur 7 : = Figur 6 + hochgeklappt

  1. The technical field to which the invention relates: "tea infusion bags" The current state of the art: conventional tea infusion bags consist of cellulose. Pulp is made from wood. Pulp is not tasteless. This is perceived as unpleasant by tea lovers in particular and falsifies a large part of the aroma and natural taste of tea products.

  2. The invention as characterized in the claims: The subject invention creates a tea infusion bag which avoids the disadvantages of the tea infusion bags made of cellulose, which are currently the prior art and described above. This is achieved by using only cotton as the material for creating the tea bag. It is a coarse-meshed cotton fabric, the structure of which is also known in the medical field as a gauze bandage. On the one hand, this material is sterile, on the other hand, it is completely tasteless. This gives the tea its full natural aroma.

The tea infusion bag is made so that tea is placed in two-ply, coarse-meshed cotton fabric.

Tea is then portioned into the middle of this square, double-layer infusion bag. Finally, the edges are folded up, gathered together and knotted with white thread, also made of cotton. The excess cotton fabric is cut off. The two twists are glued with two stickers with the word and picture brand "Tea & Tea Company" (brand registration number 186406).

  3. The arrangement of the figures contained in the drawings: FIG. 1: single-layer, coarse-meshed cotton fabric, white, scale 1: 1, square FIG. 2: tea portion (approx. 3 to 5 g of tea), according to FIG. 1 FIG. 3: twine, white Figure 4: 2 adhesive labels "Tea & Tea Company"

Figure 6: = Figure 5 + 3 to 5 g of tea portion
Figure 7: = Figure 6 + folded up
Figure 8: = Figure 7 + tied and knotted thread according to Figure 3
Figure 9: = Figure 8 + affixing two adhesive labels to avoid fraying of the thread, which also serve as a holding option 4.

   Detailed description:
The tea infusion bag according to Figure 9 consists of a double layer
Cotton fabric, coarse-meshed in white color and has a square layout of approximately 12x12 mm. A portion of about 3 to 5 g of tea is incorporated into this tea infusion bag so that a sack is created. The upper edge is connected with a thread so that the tea does not leak. The thread also serves to allow the tea bag to be immersed in hot water. The two adhesive labels that connect the two ends of the thread serve as a handle (Figure 9).

All textile materials used (Figure 1 and Figure 4) consist of white, neutral and sterile cotton.

Since this tea infusion bag is completely tasteless, the aroma and taste of the tea used is completely avoided. Nothing stands in the way of the unrestricted enjoyment of tea, which is completely free of any odor and taste.

The reference to the word-figurative mark "Tea & Tea - Company" in the handles used (Figure 6), which is also protected in favor of the applicant, increases the recognition value for high-quality tea and creates an associative connection to the validity of the word picture mark.

Initial tests in tea circles, especially in upscale restaurants, showed that there was a corresponding need and demand for the tea infusion bag in question. This is also the reason why a utility model is registered for this.
