  Kontakt 70, Leitung 71, Kontakte 72,74, Lampen 20", 20"', Erde.

Circuit arrangement for telephone exchanges with automatic call distribution.

In the first additional patent no. 62688 to patent no. 49850 a switching arrangement is described in which a special call or overload signal 20 ", 20 '" appears when a call comes in via the auxiliary lines 1' (FIG. 2), if a call on normal calling lines 1 has not yet been completed. However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that when a call comes in on the lines I, before a call on the auxiliary lines 1 'is settled, only the normal signal appears and not the special signal requesting acceleration.

According to the invention, the device is designed so that the appearance of special call signals is made independent of the line on which the further call is made when there is an unfinished call. This is achieved in that the circuit for the special call signals is prepared by a relay of the line on which there is currently an unfinished call and is closed by the signal relay of the line on which the second call is made.

The purpose of the arrangement is to deal with traffic peaks or congestion
 EMI1.1
 No. 49850 is used.

In the arrangement shown in FIG. 1, the special call signals 20 ″, 20111 on lines I and I 'are common. If, when there is an unfinished call on auxiliary line 7 ′, a call is made on line I, the excitation of the line I associated call relay ARI its normally open contact 70 closed SNI0 Bf'im answering the call via the line I'is the switch 21 to the lower position and the relay 23 'is excited, so that the normally open contact 74 is closed and at the same time

the lights 20 '', 20 '' 'to light up the circuit: earth, battery.

  Contact 70, line 71, contacts 72, 74, lamps 20 ", 20" ', ground.

If, however, the first call has been made on line 1, the relay 23 is energized when the switch 21 is answered, so that the contact 72 is opened and 77 is closed. With the next call placed on line I ', the relay ArI' responds and closes contact 75, so that a current flows from earth, battery, contacts 75, 76, 77, line 78. Lamps 20 ", 20111 to earth and lights up the lamps.
