Pyrophores Feuerzeug.
Bei allen pyrophoren Feuerzeugen ist die Anordnung eines Dochtes oder einer dochtartig wirkenden Einrichtung nötig, um durch die gebildeten Funken die Zündflamme zu erzeugen. Man hat wohl bereits versucht. den Saugdocht zu ersparen, doch ist dabei an dessen Stelle eine besondere gleich oder in ähnlicher Weise wirkende Einrichtung getreten. Die vorliegende Erfindung löst nun die Aufgabe, den Saugdocht zu ersparen, ohne dass an dessen Stelle eine besondere Ersatzeinrichtung, wie Drahtnetz oder dgl., nötig wäre und erreicht dies dadurch, dass der mit dem pyrophoren Metall zusammenwirkende, Funken erzeugende Kratzer aus hartem, porösem Material (Karborundum) hergestellt wird, das in seinen Poren die Zundflüssigkeit, wie Benzin, aufsaugt und beim Auftreffen von Funken verbrennen lässt.
