Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von garnreste von Spinnhülsen oder Spulen.
Eine besondere Schwierigkeit in der mechanischen Weberei, insbesondere bei der Verwendung automatischer Stühle, besteht darin, die absichtlich oder unabsichtlich auf den Spinnhülsen oder Spulen verbleibenden Garnreste rasch und ohne Beschädigung der Holz- oder Papierhülsen zu entfernen und zu sammeln.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach vorliegender Erfindung dadurch in einfachster Weise erreicht, dass ein mit einer Saugpumpe in Verbindung stehender Saugkopf zur Verwendung kommt, dessen Form und Abmessungen derart gewählt sind, dass nach Einführung der Spinnhülse oder Spule um diese ein zum Ansaugen der Luft bestimmter ringförmiger Raum frei bleibt. Durch die Saugwirkung der Pumpe wird das Garn schnell und restlos abgewickelt und in einem zwischen Rohrleitung und Pumpe eingebauten Behälter gesammelt.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht einen derartigen Saugkopf mit eingesetzter Spinn- hülse oder Spule in Fig. 1 im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 in Stirnansicht in einem Ausführungsbeispiel.
Der Saugkopf a besitzt an der Stelle, an der beim Abwickeln des Fadens eine Ballonbildung auftritt, eine Erweiterung b, so dass die Ballonbildung nicht behindert wird. Vor der Anschlussstelle des Saugkopfes an die Saugleitung verengt sich der Querschnitt des Kopfes bei 0, also an der Stelle, an der der Faden die Spinnhülse oder Spule verlässt.
Durch diese Verengung wird eine Beschleunigung des durch die Saugwirkung der Pumpe hervorgerufenen Luftzuges an dieser Stelle herbeigeführt, der den Faden icher weiterleitet, so dass jede Stauung desselben bei der Abwicklung vermieden wird.
An dem Saugkopf ist ein ein Widerlager der Spinnhülse oder Spule bildender Rand d vorgesehen, der mit Luftkanäle bildenden Ausschnitten f versehen ist. Durch diese Ausbildung wird erreicht, dass der in den Saugkopf eingeführten Spinnhülse ein sicherer Halt geboten ist, ohne dass deshalb die erforderliche Luftzufuhr abgeschnitten wird.

Vorrichtung zum Entfernung von Garnresten von Spinnhülsen oder Spulen, ge- kennzeichnet durch einen mit einem Vakuumbebälter oder einer Saugpumpe in Verbindung stehenden, nach Einführung der Spinnhülse oder Spule einen zum Ansaugen der Luft bestimmten ringförmigen Hohlraum freilassenden Saugkopf, der an der Stelle, an weicher die Ballonbildung des sich abwickelnden Fadens auftritt, eine entsprechende Erweiterung) an der Stelle , an welcher der Faden die Spinnhülse oder Spule verlässt, dagegen eine

A particular difficulty in mechanical weaving, especially when using automatic chairs, is to remove and collect the yarn remnants that are intentionally or unintentionally left on the spinning tubes or bobbins and without damaging the wooden or paper tubes.
According to the present invention, this object is achieved in the simplest way that a suction head connected to a suction pump is used, the shape and dimensions of which are selected so that after the spinning tube or coil has been inserted, an annular space intended for sucking in the air is around it remains free. The suction effect of the pump unwinds the yarn quickly and completely and collects it in a container built between the pipeline and the pump.
The drawing illustrates such a suction head with an inserted spinning tube or bobbin in FIG. 1 in a longitudinal section and in FIG. 2 in an end view in an exemplary embodiment.
The suction head a has an enlargement b at the point at which balloon formation occurs when the thread is unwound, so that balloon formation is not hindered. Before the connection point of the suction head to the suction line, the cross section of the head narrows at 0, i.e. at the point at which the thread leaves the spinning tube or bobbin.
This narrowing accelerates the draft of air caused by the suction of the pump at this point, which forwards the thread so that any jamming of the thread is avoided during unwinding.
On the suction head an abutment of the spinning tube or bobbin forming edge d is provided which is provided with cutouts f forming air channels. This design ensures that the spinning tube introduced into the suction head is provided with a secure hold without the necessary air supply being cut off as a result.
