Die Erfindung bildet eine besondere Ausbildung jener bekannten Huthalter, bei denen an der Innenseite der Hutwand gegeneinander verschwenkbar gelagerte Haken mit dem Haar in Eingriff kommen und besteht darin, dass die verschwenkbaren Haken Lenker tragen, die drehbar an einem in der Grundplatte geführten Schieber befestigt sind, um durch dessen Betätigung die Haken verschwenken zu können.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zeigt Fig. 1 die Einrichtung mit auseinanderbewegten Haken und abgehobener Deckplatte, Fig. 2 die gegeneinanderbewegten Haken an der Vorrichtung in Schliessstellung, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach A-B der Fig. 2 und Fig. 4 schaubildlich die Anordnung in einem Damenhut.
Die Einrichtung besteht aus einer an der Hutkappe a anzunähenden Grundplatte b, welche in einer geeigneten Führung c einen Schieber d aufnimmt, der an seinem freien Ende in bekannter Weise mit einem Zierstein oder dgl. e versehen sein kann. Der Schieber d trägt einen Zapfen f, der durch den Schlitz g der Grundplatte hindurchragt und an welchem die Gelenkglieder h befestigt sind. Mit dem anderen Ende sind die Lenker h mit den kurzen Armen der als doppelarmige Hebel ausgebildeten und an der Grundplatte verschwenkbaren Haken i angelenkt. Die Deckplatte k kann, wie gezeichnet, mit der Grundplatte b aus einem Stück bestehen und wird vermittelst Nieten l in geeigneter Entfernung über der Grundplatte b gehalten.
Wird der Schieber einwärtsgeschoben oder herabgezogen, so erfolgt ein Verschwingen der Haken, welche in das Haar eindringen oder aus demselben herausgezogen werden. Hiedurch ist es möglich, unter Vermeidung einer Hutnadel den Hut an der geeigneten Stelle hiefür, d. i. am Kappenrand, mit den Haaren fest und gleichzeitig leicht lösbar zu verbinden.

The invention forms a special embodiment of those known hat holders in which hooks pivotably mounted on the inside of the hat wall come into engagement with the hair and consists in that the pivotable hooks carry handlebars that are rotatably attached to a slide guided in the base plate, in order to be able to pivot the hook by actuating it.

The device consists of a base plate b to be sewn onto the hat cap a, which in a suitable guide c receives a slide d, which can be provided with a decorative stone or the like at its free end in a known manner. The slide d carries a pin f which protrudes through the slot g in the base plate and to which the joint members h are attached. At the other end, the links h are articulated with the short arms of the hook i, which is designed as a double-armed lever and can pivot on the base plate. The cover plate k can, as shown, consist of one piece with the base plate b and is held by means of rivets l at a suitable distance above the base plate b.
If the slide is pushed in or pulled down, the hooks, which penetrate into the hair or are pulled out of it, swing. This makes it possible, avoiding a hat pin, to put the hat in the appropriate place for this, i. i. at the edge of the cap, to be connected with the hair firmly and at the same time easily detachable.
