Es ist bekannt, auf Florware haltbare Pelzimitation bzw. fellartige Musterungen dadurch aufzubringen, dass man die Florware mit einer biegsamen Pressmustcrpiatte (Gewebebahn oder dgl.), auf welcher kleine Stücke fester Körper dem beabsichtigten Muster entsprechend angeordnet sind, zusammenwickelt und das so entstandene Paket einer Dämpfung unterwirft.
Es hat sich gezeigt, das die Verwendung von Körpern der bisher vorgeschlagenen Art zur Erzeugung der Vertiefungen in der Flordecke nicht sehr zweckmässig ist, um stets eine gute, dì-h. dem natürlichen Fell nahekommende Imitation zu erhalten Sind die betreffenden Formstücke hart, so verhindern sie natürlicherweise eine vollkommene Biegung der hiegsamen Pressmusterplatte und infolgedessen war auch das schliesslich entstandene Fellmuster nicht sehr ausdrucksvoll.
Ferner war, sowohl bei diesen, wie auch bei Verwendung von Formstücken aus biegsamem Materialien, wie Schnuren und dgl., die Anfertigung der Pressmusterplatten insofern umständlich, als auch jedes einzelne Formstück mittels Drahtes oder Fadens angehntet wurde, oder seine Festhaltung dadurch geschah bzw. verstärkt wurde, dass man über die Musterkörper ein Tuch oder dgl. auf die biegsame Pressmusterplatte heftete.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine neue ausführung einer solchen Pressmusterplatte. Von derselben ist auf der Zeichnung ein Stuck in einem Ausführungsbeispiel durch Fig. 1 im Grundriss, durch Fig. im Schnitt veranschaulicht und zeichnet sich dieselbe dadurch aus, dass die unregelmässig verteilten Formstücke a aus einem nicht festen aber auch nicht zu weichen Material, also zweckmässig aus vulkanisiertem Gummi oder einem gleichwertigen, Stoff bestehen und dass dieselben mittels Gummilösung auf der Unterlage b festgemacht werden.
Die Vorteile dieser Ausführung bestehen darin, dass die Dauerhaftigkeit eine viel grössere ist, als diejenige der bisher gebräuchlichen, weil sowohl die Fonnstücke durch
Dampf nicht angegriffen werden, als auch weil die Gummlösung beim Gebrauch der Musterbabn nach kurzer Zeit vulkanisiert, also ebenfalls für Dampf unangreifbar wird.
Die vollkommene Schmiegsamkeit der nenen Pressmusterplatte hat zur Folge. dass diese und die Florware sich gegenseitig auch in den kleinsten Unebenheiten einander an- passen, so dass die nach dem Eindämpfen des gewickelten Pakets entstandene Fell- musterung ein ausserordentlich naturähniicbes Aussehen erhä) t.
Schliesslich ist diese Ausführung auch viel rascher und billiger herzustellen, als dies bei den bekannten Zwischenlagen dieser Art der Fall war.
