Schlauchkupplung.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Kupplung für Schläuche oder Rohre, die, insbesondere gegenüber den bekannten Drehriegelkupplungen mit Schraubenanzug, bei einfacher Konstruktion leichtes, rasches und sicheres Verbinden und Lösen ermöglicht.
Auf der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Kupplung, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 einen Grundriss der Stirnseite eines Kupplungsteiles.
Die Kupplung besteht aus zwei gleichen, mit den Schläuchen b verbundenen Rohrstutzen a. welche je mit einem Schraubengewinde d, einer Flansche c und einer Nute e für die Dichtung versehen sind ; ferners aus einer zweiteiligen Schraubenmutter, deren vollkommen gleiche Hälften f (die eigentlichen Kupplungsringe) ein dem oben erwähnten Gewinde entsprechendes inneres Schraubengewinde haben und an dem äusseren TJmfange mit mehreren Kupplungshaken g ineinandergreifen. Jeder Kupplungsring f ist auf einem der Rohrstutzen angeordnet und la@n sein Gewinde entweder in jenes des Rohrstutzens eingreifen oder kann der Kupplungsring von dem Gewinde des Rohrstutzens abgeschraubt und an dem glatten Teile h des Rohrstutzens zwischen Flansche c und Schraubengewinde d frei drehbar sein.
Zwecks Verbindung der Schläuche oder Rohre werden die beiden Kupplungsrings/ durch Verkämmung der Haken g verbunden ; auf diese Welse wird eine als einheitliches Ganzes drehbare, aus den beiden Kupplungsringen bestehende Schraubenmutter gebildet, bei deren Drehung das Gewinde einer ihrer Hälften (eines Kupplungsringes) in das Gewinde des betreffenden Rohrstutzens eingreift, wogegen sich der andere Kupplungsring (in der Figur der untere Kupplungsring) mit seiner Innenstufe an die Flans.. : he des von ihm umschlossenen Rohrstutzens legt und diesen gegen den ersteren Rohrstutzen anpresst.
