Feeding device on two or more stage bolt and similar upsetting machines.
In double and multiple bolt presses or the like, in which, after the workpiece has been cut, it is brought under the pre-upsetting and finishing stamps by a lateral displacement, the disadvantage arises that during operation of the press the material feed is not without danger to both the Pre-upsetting as well as for the finishing punch can be interrupted, since as soon as the material feed is interrupted, the last bolt is still finished pressed but no longer ejected from the die.
If the press continues to run, the pre-forger hits the finished pressed bolt head, deforms it and is often damaged or broken in the process; During the further pressing movement, the finishing punch then also hits the head deformed by the pre-forger and is usually also damaged as a result.
The subject of the invention is now a device by means of which this disadvantage is eliminated. This has the effect that the last fully pressed bolt is ejected when the material feed is interrupted, so that it is no longer hit by the punches when the press continues to run and damage is avoided.
The drawing shows in FIG. 1 a side view and in FIG. 2 a plan view of the feed device.
The rocker h, which is firmly connected to the feed lever v for the material to be pressed through the common axis y, is moved by a lift driven by a pendulum! a connected rod c. This is provided with a backdrop t, in which a pin k located on the rocker li can move. A three-armed lever is mounted at the rear of the backdrop. consisting of handle d and arms e and f. These are of different lengths, and the length of the same can be regulated by adjusting screws or the like. Is the
