Das Gefäss a kann nicht nur zur Aufnahme der Wärme zwischen den Linsen und der Projcktionsvorrichtung, sondern auch dazu dienen, die Linsen gegen die Hitze der Lichtquelle zu schützen. Es wird dann zwischen der Lichtquelle und den Linsen angeordnet.
Wünscht man eine lebhaftere Kühlung, so kann man Eis oder eine andere Kühlsubstanz in das obere Gefäss bringen oder man kann das obere Gefäss selber mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Kühlmittelsdauerndkühlen.
Die Anordnung der Kühlvorrichtung an Kinematographen erfolgt in der Weise, wie Fig. 2 es zeigt. Das untere Gefäss, das eigentliche Kühlgefäss, welches die Hitze vom Film oder der sonstigen Vorrichtungen abhalten soll, kann auf eine Konsole o gestellt und durch einen Halter p ) n seiner Stellung gesichert werden.
