Kachelhandpresse.
Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Kachelhandpresse, die sich von den bekannten Pressen dadurch unterscheidet, dass an dem zum Schliessen der Pressform dienenden, an demselben angelenkten Deckel der Pressstempel unter Vermittlung am Deckel vorgesehener Handhebel mit Anschlag heb-und senkbar ist, so dass bei Aufheben des Hebels der Stempel bis zum Anschlag erst aus dem Pressling ausgehoben und dann der Deckel aufgeklappt wird.
Eine Ausführungsform der Presse zur Herstellung von Eckkacheln weist am Deckel zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Hebel auf, von denen der zweite zur Betätigung des in bekannter Weise am Stempel seitlich beweglichen Kernes dient. Nach Einzichen des Kernes in den Pressstempel durch Anheben des zweiten Hebels, wird durch Anheben des ersten Hebels der Stempel ausgehoben und in Fortsetzung der Hebelbewegung der Decked aufgeklappt. Die Einrichtung ermöglicht eine bequeme und rasche Handhabung derselben und bleibt länger gebrauchsfähig, ohne reparaturbedürftig zu werden.
In der Zeichnung zeigen die Fig. I, 2, 3, eine Ausführungsform der Presse für ge- wöhnliche Kacheln, die Fig. 4, 5, 6 eine solche für Eckkacheln.
An dem Presskasten A ist der Seitenteil C in 0 und der Deckel F in P gelenkig befestigt.
Der Deckel trägt den in der Schlaufe G gleitenden Hebel H, welcher mit der den Deckel durchsetzenden Druckstange.. J für den Stempel'verbunden ist. Der Stempel E kann so tief in eine Ausnehmung des Deckels eingezogen werden, bis er den Formling verfasst.
