  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blelelektroden für   Sekundäretemente.   



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, um das Gefüge der wirksamen Masse der   B1oioloktroden   von Sekundärelementen zu verbessern und erschöpfte Elektroden zu erneuern. 



   Das Verfahren besteht darin, dass die wirksame Masse mit einer Schwefelhalogenverbindung behandelt wird, welche die Poren der Masse durchdringt und gleichförmig von der ganzen Masse aufgenommen wird. Hiebei wird eine Ausdehnung der gesamten Masse veranlasst, so dass die freien Räume zwischen der Masse und der Bleiplat, te und die Zwischenrltume der Masse selbst gefüllt werden. Das aufgenommene Material wird hierauf abgeschieden und die Platte in gebräuchlicher Weise geformt. 



   Gemäss einer Ausführungsform des Verfahrens werden die schadhaften Elektroden in geeigneter Art beispielsweise durch Erhitzen getrocknet, gegebenenfalls auch   abgebürstet,   um lose anhaftendes Material zu entfernen. Dieser   Teil   des Verfahrens ist aber überflüssig, wenn neue   Etelktrodon behandelt worden.   Die Elektroden werden hierauf in ein Bad von
