   Weil die durch die Luftpolster elastische Dichtung auch grössere Temperatur-und Druckschwankungen ohne Gefahr des Leckwerdens zu überstehen vermag, so ist sie auch geeignet, bei Kessel-und Mannlochdichtungen, besonders wenn es sich um hohe Druckspannungen handelt, an Stelle der sonst üblichen Bleirohrdichtung benutzt zu werden. 



   Erforderlichenfalls kann zur Herstellung der neuen Dichtung statt Blei auch anderes metallisches Weiehmaterial geeigneter Art Verwendung finden.
