Vorrichtung an Gewehre zum Anzeigen des Verkantens beim Zielen.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung an Gewehre jeder Art zum Anzeigen des Verkantens beim Zielen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindunggegenstandes.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Teil eines mit dem Erfindungsgegenstand ausgerüsteten Gewehres, Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt zu Fig. 1 nach der Linie I-I und Fig. 3 zeigt den Erfindunggegenstand in einem Querschnitt nach der Linie 11-11 der Fig. 2.
1 bezeichnet den Gewehrlauf, auf dem das Korn 2 nahe der Mündung befestigt ist.
In einer kurzen Entfernung hinter dem Korne 2 ist ein Bügel 3 angeordnet, der beiderends Lappen hat, die zwischen den beiden Hälften des Gewebrmantels 8 eingeklemmt sind und dem Bügel 3 einen sicheren Halt verleihen.
In der Mitte des Bügels 3 ist ein Korn 4 drehbar angeordnet, das aus einem Schlitz des ersteren ragt und an einem Doppelpendel 5 befestigt ist, dessen Enden Gewichte 6 tragen.
Das Korn 4 ist derart angeordnet, dass es sich bei unverkantetem Gewehre mit dem Korne 2 deckt und hat dieselbe Grösse wie letzteres.
Der Bügel 3 ist derart ausgebildet, dass er das Pendel 5 überdeckt und bei dessen Ausschwingen den Gewichten 6 einen genügenden Spielraum lässt.
Die Gewichte 6 des Pendels 5 sind bestrebt, durch ihr Gleichgewicht das Korn 4 stets in vertikaler Lage zu halten. Wird nun der Gewehrlauf 1 beim Zielen richtig gehalten, so schwingt das Pendel 5 nicht aus und das Korn 4 deckt sich mit dem Korn 2. Ist dagegen der Gewerlauf 1 verkantet, so schwingt das Pendel 5 aus, das Korn 4 bildet mit dem Korn 2 einen spitzen Winkel und macht daher den Schützen auf die falsche Lage des Gewehres aufmerksam.
Diese Vorrichtung ermöglicht es dem Schützen, die verkantete Lage des Gewehre sofort zu bemerken und gibt ihm auch dessen richtige Lage an.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung an Gewehren zum Anzeigen des Verkantens, gekennzeichnet durch einen am Gewehrlauf lösbar befestigten Bügel, der ein an ihm drehbar befestigtes Doppelpendel trägt, dessen freie Enden Gewichte tragen und das bestrebt ist, ein auf ihm be- festigtes Korn stets in vertikaler Lage zu halten, so dass sich bei richtiger Lage des
Gewehre das Korn des Pendels mit dem festen Korne deckt, während bei verkanteter
Gewehrlage das Pendel ausschwingt und daher das erstere Korn mit dem letzteren einen spitzen Winkel bildet.

A short distance behind the bead 2 is a bracket 3 which has tabs at both ends which are clamped between the two halves of the fabric jacket 8 and which give the bracket 3 a secure hold.
In the middle of the bracket 3, a front sight 4 is rotatably arranged, which protrudes from a slot in the former and is attached to a double pendulum 5, the ends of which carry weights 6.
The front sight 4 is arranged in such a way that it coincides with the front sight 2 when the rifle is not tilted and has the same size as the latter.
The bracket 3 is designed in such a way that it covers the pendulum 5 and leaves the weights 6 sufficient leeway when it swings out.
The weights 6 of the pendulum 5 strive to keep the grain 4 always in a vertical position through their balance. If the barrel 1 is held correctly when aiming, the pendulum 5 does not swing out and the front sight 4 coincides with the front sight 2. If, on the other hand, the barrel 1 is tilted, the pendulum 5 swings out, the front sight 4 forms with the front sight 2 an acute angle and therefore draws the shooter's attention to the wrong position of the rifle.
This device enables the shooter to notice the tilted position of the rifle immediately and also indicates its correct position.
