For example, 85 parts of tar or goudron are mixed with 5 parts of a vegetable oil, such as linseed oil, and then saponified with about 10 parts of caustic soda. The product obtained is dissolved in about ten times the amount of water, the plaster material is soaked in it and the emulsion is then immediately released again with hydrochloric acid, whereby the separated tar or goudron covers the individual parts of the stone material evenly in a thin layer.
The use of the binding agents for the road construction material in the form of solutions and emulsionon for the present process is already known (Austrian Patent No. 24897, DRP No. 117768, American Patent Specifications No. 813389, No. 769123 and No. 738965) . The publications listed can also be seen that the solution or. Emulsifier is removed again by evaporation. In contrast, the separation of the binding agent from the solution or emulsion after the paving material has been soaked with the emulsion and the rolling in of the paving material after this separation is new.
This process is completely independent of the weather and ensures that all individual parts of the
Plaster material with a uniform, thin skin with great binding power.
