  Verfahren zur Darstellung von Kautschuk bzw. dem Kautschuk nahestehenden Substanzen. 



   In den österreichischen Patentschriften Nr. 49686, 49687, 52602 und 53849 sind Verfahren zur Darstellung von künstlichem Kautschuk beschrieben, welche darin bestehen, dass man Isopren, Erythren oder ähnlich konstituierte Kohlenwasserstoffe mit doppelter Bindung in Kautschuk bzw. dem Kautschuk nahestehende Substanzen   überführt.   



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man bei diesen Verfahren vorteilhaft Mischungen der oben genannten Ausgangsmaterialien verwenden kann. Die Verwendung von solchen Mischungen hat den Vorteil, dass man dadurch direkt zu   11. uutschukartigen   Massen gelangen kann, welche durch Mischen der verschiedenen Arten dieser Körper nicht in so inniger Mischung erhalten werden können. 



   Beispiel :
Eine Mischung von 100 Teilen Isopren und 100 Teilen abgekühlten   Erythrens   wird im Autoklaven 48 Stunden auf 120 C erhitzt. Es hat sich dann eine sehr zähe und elastische Masse gebildet, die durch Durchleiten von Wasserdampf in eine dem natürlichen Kautschuk nahestehende Substanz übergeht. 



   Das Verfahren verläuft in analoger Weise bei Verwendung von anderen der erwähnten Kohlenwasserstoffe sowie bei Verwendung von die Polymerisation befördernden Mitteln, wie Säuren oder sauren Salzen usw.

   In the Austrian patent specifications 49686, 49687, 52602 and 53849 methods for the preparation of artificial rubber are described, which consist in converting isoprene, erythrene or similar hydrocarbons with double bonds into rubber or substances close to rubber.



   It has now been found that mixtures of the abovementioned starting materials can advantageously be used in these processes. The use of such mixtures has the advantage that it is possible to get directly to Uuchuk-like masses which cannot be obtained in such an intimate mixture by mixing the different types of these bodies.



   Example:
A mixture of 100 parts of isoprene and 100 parts of cooled erythrene is heated to 120 ° C. in an autoclave for 48 hours. A very tough and elastic mass has then formed which, when water vapor is passed through, transforms into a substance similar to natural rubber.



   The process proceeds in an analogous manner when using other of the hydrocarbons mentioned and when using agents that promote the polymerization, such as acids or acidic salts, etc.
