  Verfahren zur   Herstellung von. Hohlräumen   für das Einsetzen festsitzender Rollen-oder
Kugellager und beweglicher Kugellager mit kugeliger Einstellung : 
Kugel-und Rollenkäfige sind durch Umgiessen der Rollen und Kugeln in geeigneten Formen mittels Weissmetalls hergestellt worden. Es wurde nun gefunden, dass sich Weissmetall auch zum Festlagern bzw. Einbau der fertigen Kugel-und Rollenlager im Lagergehäuse vorteilhaft benutzen lässt. Dieses Verfahren eignet sich sowohl für festsitzende Lager als auch für bewegliche Kugellager mit kugeliger Einstellung. 



   Bisher wurde für die Kugellager in den   Lagergehäusen Hohlräume   durch Dreharbeit hergestellt. Die Erfindung macht die Dreharbeit dadurch entbehrlich, dass die Kugellager nicht in eingedrehten, sondern in vermittelst Lagermetall eingegossenen Hohlräumen untergebracht werden. Zum Eingiessen der Hohlräume wird nicht das Kugellager selbst oder ein Teil davon benutzt, sondern ein geeignetes Formstück. 



   Fig. 1   eigt   ein fest eingegossenes Kugellager in Ansicht und Achsialschnitt, Fig. 2 den Ersatz des Lagers durch ein   Formstück   beim Giessen, Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen in Ansicht und Achsialschnitt ein Kugellager mit äusserer kugeliger Einstellung und ein Kugellager mit einteiligem   Einpressstück.   



   In das Lagergehäuse L wird ein Rundstab C, der dicker als die Welle IF ist, mit einem oder mehreren den Kugellagern K entsprechenden Formstücken   S eingelegt. Für   die Ölkammern 01   und 02 müssen   entsprechende formgebende Ansätze N vorgesehen werden. 



    Das EinguSmotall wird   dann in   üblicher   Weise so eingegossen, dass es einerseits das Kugellager genau umgibt und andererseits genau in das   Lagergehäuse   passt. 



   In Fig. 3 ist die äussere Kugellagerringfäche liugelig ausgebildet. Das eingegossene Metall M entspricht in diesem Falle dem kugelig ausgebildeten Teil des Kugellagerringes K. 



   Bei dem Kugellager mit   einteiligem   Eingussstück (Fig. 4), das das Lager nicht nur von aussen, sondern auch von der einen Stirnseite umgibt, wird die andere Seite des   l. ages   vermittelst der Ringscheibe   R abgeschlossen.

Ball and roller cages have been manufactured by casting around the rollers and balls in suitable shapes using white metal. It has now been found that white metal can also be used advantageously for the fixed storage or installation of the finished ball and roller bearings in the bearing housing. This method is suitable for both fixed bearings and moving ball bearings with a spherical setting.



   Previously, cavities for the ball bearings in the bearing housings were produced by turning. The invention makes turning work superfluous in that the ball bearings are not housed in screwed-in cavities but in cavities cast in by means of bearing metal. The ball bearing itself or part of it is not used to cast the cavities, but a suitable molded piece.



   Fig. 1 shows a firmly cast ball bearing in view and axial section, Fig. 2 shows the replacement of the bearing by a molded piece during casting, Figs. 3 and 4 show in view and axial section a ball bearing with an external spherical setting and a ball bearing with a one-piece press-in piece.



   A round rod C, which is thicker than the shaft IF, with one or more fittings S corresponding to the ball bearings K is inserted into the bearing housing L. Appropriate shaping approaches N must be provided for the oil chambers 01 and 02.



    The injection molding is then cast in the usual way in such a way that it on the one hand exactly surrounds the ball bearing and on the other hand fits exactly into the bearing housing.



   In Fig. 3, the outer ball bearing ring surface is formed liugelig. The cast metal M corresponds in this case to the spherical part of the ball bearing ring K.
